Sarah Palin's Courageous Decision

I was sitting here reading blogs and news articles about Sarah Palin's courageous decision to step down as governor of Alaska. That was better than sitting here and watching Michael Jackson's funeral. It makes me mad that the media can't cover the military funeral of one of our soldiers killed in action in Iraq or Afghanistan but they cover the funeral of a sexual pervert who got off because he had money.

Getting back to Sarah ..... I have been a fan and supporter of hers since she was selected by John McCain as his vice presidential running mate. I feel that she kept him from losing by a larger margin. She brought back some energy to the Republican party.

She was courageous to step down from her position of power when she decided that she could not concentrate on the job she was elected by the people of Alaska to do. Her decision shows me that she does truly care for the people of Alaska.

Now she can concentrate on getting those wolves of the media and liberal establishment off her back. She should be very selective in chosing one or two to take to court for defamation of character. Who has done the most damage? It is a good thing that David Letterman gave a weak apology. I would be taking him to court. What he did was uncalled for.

We need to stop the media from picking on our children. It does not matter who you are, the media has no business picking on our offspring. If I am in the limelight, you pick on me, not my children. They are off limits.

The media keeps digging and trying to find something in Sarah's political repertoire that they can hang her in the media for; i.e., corruption or or misuse of her office. All investigations and lawsuits against her have been frivolous ones.

What I say to Sarah. GO GIRL! Do what you have to do to get even with life.

  1. Very good Pastor. I agree whole-heartedly. I tell you what I'd like to see - and that's a Palin/Bachman ticket. What do you think?

Demonizing your opponent is a tactic that has been used for many a year. It won't go away.

But hallelujah, Christ is coming soon, eh!?
